About Me
I'm Mary, or Jessica, whichever you might prefer.  I'm married, living happily with my husband and our girlfriend, the owner of five cats and a turtle, and the writer of a great deal of highly metaphorical poetry.  Largely I've been on fictionpress.com in the past, but the community there lacks somewhat, so I'm transferring here.  There's a small volume of work being ported, and after that, whenever I write new things, I'll be posting them exclusively here.

I write a lot of form poetry; free verse is not quite my style, although I've tried my hand once or twice.  My poems tend to have strict meter, and I'm overly fond of iambic pentameter.  I'm on the twelve-step, I swear.

If you ever find typos in my work, please inform me -- I'll love you forever.
