Knowing Your Limits {quote}
It is better to be all you can than to desire more than you can be.
Author's Notes:
~this is a brain teaser I made up, sort of food for thought and I know opinions will differ on this. Do you see the truth in this or are there valid reasons why this isn't true?~

Step out and reach beyound our limits. Can we really say what our limits are? Do we completely know ourselves?

I agree with you Barbara. Some people waste their time trying to be, instead of being.

How do you know you are being all you can be unless you have reached for more and come up short? I don't mean that we should always fall on our faces, but we need to know our limits, when to stretch them, and when to hang tight. Once we know those limits, it's probably not productive to desire what is out of our limits. Interesting question/thought. -dave

Its better to be all that you can be than to try and be something you never cant be...sometimes we put high expectations on ourselves which only brings us our own misery....we all have our goals...sure, its important to strive for more...lordy, I could go on and on forever lmao....brain teaser??? More like leave me pondering why dont u lol??? Excellent quote...

Good thought! Longing to be more than we can achieve to be only tends to make us dissatisfied with what we CAN be....and life is too good to let it be passed in misery, wanting things we can't have.
Great job!
