the endless thought train of a hollow mind

I'll take you back,
Through the past,
I'll show you,
My life miscast,
The emptiness,
That i feel,
The loneliness,
Is all too real.

The empty nights,
The hollow days,
I burn inside,
My heart ablaze,
I recognize,
A single face,
I burn and turn,
My minds erase.

For how long,
Must this be,
I sing a song,
I can't break free,
Just who am,
I supposed to be,
Who can i possibly believe.
