Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star (Fractured Nursey Rhyme)

Twinkle, twinkle little star
My you are out there quite far,
Come down here, shine your light on my face
I'm in a band, I play the bass.

Twinkle, twinkle little star
You know you are, quite bizarre,
Your bright light is blinding me
Dim down a little bit, before you drive me batty.

Twinkle, twinkle little star
Let me play my bass guitar,
We'll be playing some other day
Now you can get, just go away.

Twinkle, twinkle little star
You're the brighest star by far,
Come down here and join my band
We be rockin' across this great land.

I know, this one is stupid, or childish. I'm just trying new ideas.

I enjoyed reading your the rhythmic rhythm of "Twinkle, twinkle little star."  I do not believe it is stupid, nor childish!  I believe you have quite fun and cleverness in writing the verses to create your own unique style of nursery rhyme.

The rhythm is lively and the tone is cute keep up with your writing skills and you will have no trouble what so ever "rockin' across this great land."

Well, I for one enjoyed this and I encourage you to embrace your "childishness". It can be said that once all of our childlike attributes have faded that we have completely grown up ... and after completely growing up all that is left ... is growing old. Who in the Hell wants that ? :)

Everyone needs a time in life that we can just be childish or act stupid. Life can not always be serious! I like this cute little write.
