Karen I can't
Thank You enough
For getting me
to take my mask off

For allowing me
to be free
For allowing me
to be me

Never caring about
the past things in my life
Caring about the things
in my life causing me strife

You make me feel that
I can tell you anything
Even on my saddest day thinking
of you and the happiness you bring

I no longer feel
I need to wear a mask
With you as a friend
I can finish any task

Coming into my life
when I needed you most
Allowing me into your life
and being a wonderful host

For everything you've done
I Thank You from the bottom of my heart
As friendships go
ours is a work of art

	This is a moving poem. Karen must be a special person, you're lucky to have such friendship, I admire you're strength, even with such friendship, we some-times become oblivious to them and how they are trying to help, you listened and accepted help which is a very brave act! I was not as fortuneate as yourself, my best friend betrayed me! I recently wrote a poem " I Have No Regrets " which will explain why, I think! 	Thank you so much Sis. I love this....You know you can tell me anything and I'm always going to love you. I believe it is our pasts that have made us who we are today. Our pasts also helps us to appreciate and love the people in our lives more because of it. You are a wonderful person and great friend, and I am so glad that you feel able to take that mask off with me.....I love seeing and hearing about all the different parts of you, and you have made a huge difference in my life too.
