MEDITATION

Remember and try to meditate every day,
it strengthens your bond with life;
For every minute and every breath you take,
it will help you get through the strife.

Mind, heart and body becoming as one,
each needing the other to become whole;
Learn to be in accord with nature,
and this knowledge will free your soul.

Knowledge dictates one's actions,
and wisdom is learned along the way;
Meditation provides balance and harmony,
it is the key to facing every day.
