Imagine

Imagine

There is a world where there is no pain.
It’s a place where love flows down like rain.

There, no one is judged by his or her exterior.
And no one considers himself or herself superior.

In this world where everyone cares,
There’s never any lack, because everyone shares.

The air is filled with music and song.
And people dance the whole daylong.

Everyone there knows you by name.
And there is no anger, fear, loneliness or pain.

If given the chance to go, how could you possibly resist?
Where lion and lamb lie down together and co-exist.

It's a land of endless day and darkness is no more.
All suffering will cease when we enter through the door.

Finally reunited with our loved ones at last.
The troubles of this world are all in the past.

Oh I look forward to this world of tomorrow.
Tears all wiped away and never again any sorrow.
