Another New Year's Eve is here,

the ending of a brand new year;

As I reflect upon my past,

I gaze into the looking glass.

This year's been full of joy and tears,

mixed with happiness and fear;

God's been good to all of us,

within Him I will always trust.

~

Friends may come and friends may go,

but in Christ I have found a home;

There is no sadness to be found,

only Rainbows in the Clouds.

~

I always thank the Lord above,

for His never-ending love;

Peace reigns in His heart of hearts,

and only goodness He imparts.

~

I try so hard to be like Him,

a man who knew no guilt or sin;

And when they nailed Him to a tree,

He died to set His captives free.

~

So as the year comes to an end,

another year will soon begin;

May all your hopes and dreams come true,

may you find peace in all you do.
