I feel like wandering tonight
don't mind which way my pencil goes
if it's left or if it's right
doesn't matter as long as you are
in the middle with me
to hold my hand

feel like talking to the moon tonight
doesn't matter if she speaks back
as long as I can see your smile
in the middle of the moon tonight
I could be anywhere
holding your hand

you are the moon
I am the sun
I will keep you warm
till the end of time
