Our Marital Bed
And now, my lady, now that we're finally one
In the eyes of God and all of Heaven above
We're all alone, long after the festivities are done
That we may now celebrate and consumate our love

Your beauty has never been more in evidence, so radiant
Your face, with that incredibly beautiful love blush
And I, forever in your thrall, go I, to a high gradiant
All around us, goes still to a whisper kind of a hush

The full moon shines bright through our window pane
It lights up your magnificently nubile figure with a glow
If ever I'd be deprived of your love, I would go insane
And there's something more, I want you to know....

I love you, with the deepest depths of my  joyous soul
E'er with sweet devotion, nothing more need be said
So my darling, as we lay together, let love take it's toll
As we join together, this first night in our marital bed

An addition to Alistair's knight tales?! One I think even he would agree was better left to you. Lovely, soft, romantic, the way it should be.
