Just Writers ...Thoughts
Born free like wishful thoughts
and then somehow slowly died
with several silent sighs
with a bolt of fear

~*~

Each endless night starts a new day
with loyal harmonious blues trying
to learn whats behind you

~*~

Sometimes you just have to listen
to the silence to understand

Just close your tired eyes and let
your mortal heart lead the way

 ~*~

And then he just disappeared like
sunset drifting twilight shadows
with crystal tears on my makeup

~*~

The iron clad curtain of depression darkness
and another cold war with misery
There won't be anymore

~*~

Can one find loyal treasures
in anothers understanding soul

~*~

The heart does not hurt as much
after its completely broken apart

 ~*~
I am all of everything in this world
that slowly turns to earth dust

I have pretty much lived this statement all my life.  There is no part way love.  It is either there, or it is not.
Sometimes you just have to listen

to the silence to understand

Oh, if mankind would only read and believe these words.  Usually we are much to busy talking to listen to another's point of view.  That is how wars start

Very special poem with a great deal of wisdom in it.

Still writing beautifully I see. I love the detail of this one "sunset drifting twilight shadows," amazing!

A masterly poem.  Sensitive.  Profound.  Full of humanity.  --David

We all have crosses to bear, but like it says, that which does not kill, makes us stronger. You are strong, dear lady.
