You, Me And The Dark
A dark, secluded beach, tucked away
At the far end of the bay
Lover's Cove is what they call it
 Shhhhhh! discretion plays out
You, me and the dark
Listen to the waves lap the shore
 Feel the breeze blow cool
The only heat is what we have
Generating under the blankets
A pale moon partially hidden
In the clouds, romantic moon glow
Chilled shiraz, hot passion
Intoxicated by love, not wine
We're on our way, babe
Under covers, heating the sand
Coital persuasive love, pervades
Riding tall in ectasy's saddle
Lady moon pales in comparison
We bask in our own afterglow
Dream a little dream of me
Sleep, silent angel....go to sleep
We wake still entwined, but sated
Steal away, our deed in the dark
What happens there, stays there
You, me and the dark....

'Riding tall in ecstasy's shadow...' -- where that line came from and all the others I know not your mind but your poetry breathes life into lines of letters -- it lives this poem and not just in your heart -- superb --

Some would say "Sea sand and Sangria" I would say "Sea Sand Shiraz and Romance" you paint a wonderful picture here wrapped in darkness where the moon bares witness to raw passion in its most natural setting this is indeed beauty~Graham.
