Forgotten Child

I am the child who you let get hurt, I am the child who was treated like dirt. When I was being molested you weren't there, And nor did you show that you cared. I am the child whom you love to beat, I am the child whom you love the least.

Author's Notes:

this is a true story when I finally got up the nerve to tell my mom all the things that happened to me which was in the 7th grade I thought that she would show me the love that I needed at that time but she didn't and she beat me.

	These are the reasons so many children are afraid to tell. It makes me angry a mother would behave this way when she should have loved and hugged you and beat HIM then moved far far away! I'm so sorry Kim Respond To This Comment
