Toxic Love

Your gift to me is this poison coursing through my veins
Toxic love your specialty, another victim you can claim
To magnify your past regrets not surprisingly reveals
Masses you've manipulated yet managed to conceal.

The intrinsic ability to destroy and misuse
Keeps you locked in a private hell, destined to lose
To fixated on your furtive charms to see through your lies
All the while the cheating; bookstore, camping, and internet guys.

You are certain to remain lost from with in
Going through life deceiving time and again
Waking up someday to knowing who you really are
Freeing my soul once and for all of your ominous scar.
