Wasted away,
Was I ever alive?
Watched everyone go by,
Reached out,
But passed through them,
Never knowing
Who the ghost was.

Perfectly ascendent,
Long before
The world passed by,
Uncompleting me,
So much not given,
Not forgiven,
Stained my soul,
With longing.
Author's Notes:
I used the last 4 lines for another poem, if anyone actually read it, but they were intended for this one, which I lost, and then found again :)
