Four Seasons of the Soul

The soul is like the four seasons, 365 days a year a journey takes place……..

The soul like spring is love:

For being in love creates hope just like the first flower when life gives birth it blooms.

Love is the beginning of sunshine that will grow stronger with each day.

Love is the freshness that follows the months of rain that you smell in the air.

The soul like summer is beauty:

The soul like the sun casts great beauty upon everything it sees.

Summer is the feeling that everything is going to be all right.

The world becomes a place of perpetual art and life.

The soul like autumn is despair:

To see a great tree shed its last leaf, or watching another leaf fall to the earth.

It’s the beginning of the coldness and questions of mortality.

It is the feeling that nature itself is giving up on the world.

The soul like winter is loneliness:

Like winter the soul becomes cold and alone the harsh winds of change blowing ever more.

The rain pours cold and merciless upon hopes and dreams of the future.

The cold airs and snow freezing over your heart as another closes the door for a final time.

The four season of the soul.
