Venting Transition

A victim of

Rise Up

Wash the heart

In the river of forgiveness

Pour out

Over others

Author's Notes:
When we are hurt by friends or family (many times unintentionally) rather then brood Over it, let’s decide to forgive and let it go. It is more important to concentrate on what we can give to others to lighten their load and bring joy to their lives than to think about ourselves. Sometimes it is hard to do, but we’ll be a lot happier in the long run.
