Lifes path
I am walking on lifes path
I've felt its love and I've felt its wrath
I have fallen down
I have been made a clown
Yet no matter what, I always move on
I always stand strong
No matter how hard it gets
No matter how many nightmares my mind cant forget
My heart always stands in
My soul always telling me I can win
The path has curves that go in seperate ways
But my mind wont let my body go astray
Sometimes I come to a turn not being able to decide
Yet I still step forward.. not to succeed but to be able to say I tried
I know I'll never be alone to steer lifes ship
For my father holds the wheel with a tight grip
I have lost and I have gained
I've seen the sun and I've seen it covered n dark clouds which upon me have rained
Yet I am not broken nor am I dead
For I still see the lighten path of life ahead
When I look back I see objects of hate
But when I look forward I see n emptiness waiting for a fate
Lifes not always happiness and cheer
But where theres sadness a loving smile is always near
Hold close to your heart all your soul has believed
And keep in your mind the greatest gift you have ever recieved
Which is the gift of life, laughter and love
Its a promise that fulfills the light sent from above.
