A Soul destined to be torn

Tears bleed from my eyes
Tears of sorrow and regret
For my life I despise
Portraying a perfect silhouette

Life is taking a dangerous turn
Onto the blvd. of broken fate
Watching myself slowly burn
In the flames of loss and hate

Taking the bottle and drinking it all away
In desire to feel no more pain
To most I am their dismay
Another problem to disdain

Yet I ask: why me?
Why was I burdened by being born
When I left my mothers womb I wasnt free
I was a soul destined to be torn

I pray for happiness in the shadows of the night
I only wish to feel loved and wanted
For an angel to vanish my fright
To erase the years Which by my past I'm haunted

Yet nothing can be done
For my soul died the day I was born
Since the day my life begun
I have been a rose with a deadly thorn

My wings are broken
My heart desires love
My soul is unspoken
In knowledge of being a mistake from above.

Whitney, gosh, this is a very sad poem....I want you to do something....if you want the angels to help you, you have to ask them for help. You have to pray to them and allow them into your life....in my past life, booze was my friend...it never solved ANYTHING....NEVER....booze is wicked, it is evil...it only kills the pain for a little bit...it took me a long time to realize and now that I have my drinking under control, I wish I could relive the years I used to drink...I robbed myself and others of a better life...booze in a bottle does not bring inner peace...let the angels help you....you are strong and can get through this...

whitney this inspired me to write this for you to answer this poem.....
I will wipe away the tears from your eyes,
and help you to move on,
I will listen to all of your cries,
and help you until they are gone.

I will take the bottle from your hand,
and replace it with joy and laughter,
I will teach you to see and understand,
and help you get everything you are after.

I will take away your fear,
and light your darkest night,
For you I will always be here,
I will give you friendship and insight.

You say nothing can be done,
I say together we can make it through,
And at the end what will be won,
is the happiness deserved by you!!!!

stay strong and I am here,Joe
