Fear at Midnight

Fear at midnight,

A thief comes to steal my slumber;

A ghost roam on my room to kill my hopes.

Suddenly, I'm a lost soul on a thorn bed.

the pillow swallows my dreams,

and my mind becomes an enemy of mine.

Fear at midnight

A nightmarish ffelings on that gloomy night,

My shadow flies to heaven looking for peace

But in vain,

I could never erase that morose and pain.

Fear at midnight;

Darkness blinds my will and destroy my power mercilessly

Fear at midnight,

I wish to have no more something called night

This reminds me of how scared I get at times. I can relate and it's so beautifully worded. Thanks for writing it. Stay awesome!

read like a rock ballad to me which is cool. If I was to offer any advice I'd say to make scarier trim it down a bit make the sentences more direct. E.G.
'A thief comes to steal my slumber;
A ghost roam on my room to kill my hopes.'

could be

'A thief comes stealing slumber;

Ghosts roaming to kill my hopes.'

Then again what do I know LOL
