~The Way We Met Part 1~

He had caught my eye,
many times before.
He had the cutest tush,
I wanted to see more.

We each had our own,
apartments right across the hall.
He was living all alone,
as I do recall.

He hired me to be his maid,
I wondered, should I be afraid,
or just go with the flow.

We started dating soon after that,
first meeting out in the hall.
We would sit and chat,
for hours about nothing at all.

We decided right away,
we couldn't be apart.
Our love was here to stay,
we knew it from the start.

Author's Notes:

Fletch still jokes and says,
I haven't lost the job as maid yet.

This is so sweet. I just love love stories. Although, I don't recall Cinderella picking up the Prince's muddy shoes, or trying to Wisk out any carriage oil from his pants. LOL!

Simply a great write. Like to read part 2, if you have the time.

Very Nice I am kind of glad you didn't really describe "Part One" :-) Oh sometimes my mind takes me in directions that get me in trouble. I better go now - but well done

Leave it to a man! LOL...Maid indeed!
Fletch, if she scatters you across the living room floor she will just suck you up in the vacuum cleaner, then you'll reside with the lint and fuzz forever!
Ah...wait...I get it! You want her to SUCK you up...Dang...MEN!
LOL, Tracy, you certainly have your hands full with THIS fellow! You have my heartfelt symapthies, lol! This is a cute write, and I love it!
Love to you both...
Glata

My dear wonderful wife it is very true you have not lost the job
you put a lot of thought into this one.
You failed to mention that when I die I want to be cremated, and my ashes spread out over our livingroom floor.
SO YOU CAN PICK UP AFTER ME ONE MORE TIME!
I LOVE YA............YOU BRAT!
