I went to the public pool, just the other day,
I looked just like a beached whale, much to my dismay.
People stared and laughed, as they called me names,
and I don't think that I, will ever be the same.
I tried my very best, to hide my anquish and shame,
but tears fell from my eyes, they flowed freely anyway.
I left quite suddenly, I knew not what to say,
and I am never going back, to that mean and horrid place.
I guess fat is not in, and skinny is the rave,
but I'll never quit for a moment, baking those chocolate cakes.

Jill, this is too sad to be in the humorous section. People don't have the right to call overweight people names. It's just not right. *S* Wind Whisperer
