~My Heavenly Coffee~

It seems that every morning,
when it's time to rise.
I head right to my coffee pot,
It's there that I get my morning prize.

I never used to be this way,
a cup a month was my limit.
Now it seems a pot a day,
has become my newest habit.

I never understood what,
the fuss was all about.
Until the other day,
when I had to go without.

You see I work in a place,
that we sell coffee and donuts.
But you see I'm very finicky,
and I can only drink Chock Full O' Nuts.

It's the heavenly coffee,
it says so on the can.
I could never ever,
drink any other brand.

I take a pot to work with me.
and when it's gone I cry.
Thank God I just work next door,
so on my break I fly.
