She was a.....Wild Wind

She was  the wind wild...
a free different flower who grew up and became a restless spirit,
that lived inside of man's empty  heart, deep under the skin

Raven hair of blue  flames and soothing  lips  that whispered
and kissed away all his torments and  pains within

Her temping eyes as dark as the storm winds that blow,
and when she softly whispered  you could not,
ever  let her show

Her heart was kind and romantic it was  told,
but her heartaches were still suffering so wet, bitter and cold

The night is her lover that clings to her  fragile  heart
and the silver tears that fall turn to, scarlet dripping gold

The velvet darkness beckons  to her  soul that  screams,
in the feather nights of broken promises,
of love embrace dreams

Leaving only a terminal  void and such a dark,
unforgiving suffering existing place
Where there is not even a flickering spark

From lover to lover  she has changed with each one
now she is only a wild wind that loves, no-one

Time will slowly pass  through the trickling sands
of the hour glass, leaving  loves that never did ever last

So why do we try, when love only puts blue crystals in
our crying eyes,  and is always lost in the days of  the past
