~Taylor Marie~

You remember the last time

that you saw Taylorís sweet face.

All of your dreams were wrapped up in her,

 and you thanked God for his amazing grace.

As she headed off to her freshman year of college,

you hugged her so tightly to your chest.

You said, I love you, please be careful,

have fun and always do your best.

Then came the  fateful call in the middle of the night.

It was a night of terror etched firmly in your mind.

Your daughter had become missing,

so setting off you went for her to find.

Thirty days later,  two men stood in your doorway,

while you were standing there so brave.

They broke the horrifying news to you.

Your baby was found buried in a shallow grave.

As you prepared her final resting place,

family and friends had no comforting words to say.

There was no comfort in words for these parents,

who buried their daughter on her 18th birthday.

Oh, the agonizing pain and fear;

a parentís worse nightmare come true;

having your child savagely murdered

and cruelly taken away from you.

In Memory of Taylor Marie Behl

May she rest in peace  with the angels.

Author's Notes:
I cried right along with the father of this young girl when they interviewed him on the news in Virginia...

THE WORST THING THAT COULD EVER HAPPEN TO A PARENT is having one of thier children turn up missing and never finding out what happened always wondering - always worrying.   In this case there was closure but it is still a huge  sorrow from which most hearts can never mend  I hope they caught the loser who did this horrible thing. For the family hand friends I give my symponthy and prayers.

What a terrible thing to have to endure. I feel for these parents, I don't know what I would ever do if I lost one of my children. You did a marvelous job portraying your sympathy and kind heart.
