~Song For You And Me~

As the stars shine deeply on the sea,

It begins to glitter and sings a song for you and me,

Its melody is pure and soft like the white dove,

Itís a song about kindness, relaxation and love,

Its rhythm is never out and its chords are a secret,

It sings a lyrical verse so discreetly,

The waves sooth and relax the heart,

And the fish swim around so gently,

The moon shone down making the sea crystal,

The sea returned the moons kindness at heart,

Its song shall never fade away,

And in my heart it for ever shall stay,

The night the sea sang, for you and me.

I love the descriptions in this--very vivid and lovely, and the concept is unique, too...to hear the sea sing is a truly genuine, pure experience, and your poem captured it wonderfully. Thank you for sharing.

It's amazing! The sea could have sang for you, I wouldn't doubt it. I thought the same thing one time but when all of my so called friends started to call me crazy, I ignored that ever happening! *--Heather--*
