~Your Sacred Land~

Longing for home

Fields everywhere around

Donít need to fight anymore

To prove your right

Donít need to worry anymore

For this is your plain

Somewhere you can be free

And never have problems again

Not where you were born

But where your heart wishes for

A land of pureness

Animals everywhere around

Watching you

Protecting you

Running through the grass

While the sunís rayís shine onto you

A land where your spirit was born

The wind blowing gently in your face

Your soul fills lifted

This is your home

Where your spirit and heart was grown

Your sacred land

Author's Notes:

A quick write really, I have never felt right, sitting in a busy town or city, Trying to be the next trend (so i choose to stay how i am) But i have felt right when im sitting down on a field, letting animals run past me, letting them know im only here to admire them not hurt them, The poem is basically me saying 'I really belong, On a field with tree's all around, and†animals around,†thats where my heart and spirit belong' Anyway i hope you enjoy this write.

Great poem. I love the word choice because it's so... epic... the name is what caught my eye,Sacred.. Some things i love about city (well not BIG city, hate that but little smaller...50-100 thousand) but nature is so amazing.
