~Found It~

A ray shone

Gently onto the body on the floor

The spirit floated gently with the light

No pain, no suffering, no more fright

The personís body felt lifted

Death gradually felt like a blessing gift

The stars shined in daylight

Only this person could see

Angels were smiling and holding onto the persons gentle body

Guiding it to the above

Relaxation from a voice of a white dove

White clouds fluttered around

Breezing the person helping them feel more at home

A song begun to play it was an inspirational sound

This person found heavens door

Author's Notes:

I had no idea what section to put this in, so I did the best thing stick it in General :) lol

Haven't written anything in a while, hope you like

a person's journey to the other side... very descriptive and it makes one wonder as to what truly awaits us when we get there... i sensed this character had been waiting for their death to come for a long time and is very relieved to finally reach it, gives a dark perspective to the poem... very good poem... thanks for sharing this :f

later... xx

Very, very nice. Imaginative. Treats a delicate subject very respectfully and well. Touches us with the same softness we imagine that special one is treated within the poem. Well done. More!
