~Just A Poem (2)~

The fields long grass

Swing back and forth

An old wooden fence stands its ground

The sun is setting from the east

The wind is blowing gently

Trees seem to glitter within the sun set

Animals crawl out of their nests

Looking on at the setting sun

A beautiful women stands in a distance

A tear of joy from her eyes

The smell of perfume fills the air

A lake drifts as it always does

Fish swim nearer to the surface

Their scales shine within the sun set

Making them look like holy creatures of the sea

An old man sitting down with his guide dog

Taking out an old acoustic guitar, begins to play for you and me

Lovers sit down on the soft grass

Holding hands starring deep within each others loving eyes

The sun sets gently disappearing from our gaze

Photograph for the mind to snap

Tender touch from the air soothes the skin

No words are spoken here

Just the sound of an old mans guitar

The words arenít written

Thatís for the hearts desire

The fields long grass

Swing back and forth

Short and sweet....very nice! lol... Once again I can picture it perfectly. sunsets R beautiful to watch...I watch them every time I get the chance..but I think the sun sets in the west unless its different in England (...rises in the east and sets in the west...and old saying I've heard before)
