Color My Dreams

Colors of this old world all shift to grey,
Each and every time you're away.

The world's luster is replaced by cares,
Even laughter doesn't sound the same.

Endless memories of you glide softly by,
Yet I'm alone, with no place to hide.

Your memories merge into dreams,
As conciousness slowly fades away.

Visions, colored in love,
Become all that I can see....

Our dreams are the essence of our intentions, and the memories feeding into the dreams bring us longing~ This pleading write is brought with such romantic and colorful lines~ Very nicely penned, Rich....
