~True Colors~

Don't be afraid to show me
the true colors of your heart, my friend.
In my eyes you are always beautiful,
no matter where you've been.

You've been to and seen many places,
some of which you'd rather not admit.
I've been to some of those myself,
and I have my own regrets.

The places where I've been to and seen,
have placed upon me many hues.
I'm a virtual rainbow in human form.
Draw from me any colors you can use.

Inside my heart are an assortment of colors,
but some shades have become quite muddy.
You can help me to redefine them though,
with yours and my further study.

You and I, while working together,
can bring each other's colors to their peak.
We then can bask in the sparkling brilliance,
of each other's rainbows so unique.

To Tracy..... our true colors can mesh
to become a beautiful rainbow...
