Negative thoughts speak ofFailure fearsPlaguing my mind likeThousands of blood-suckersWorking to whisk awayMy hope,My dignity.Yet,†It is my heartThat calms the noisy chatterWith sustaining strength beatsRhythmically reminding me:Itís only hearsay.

"Plaguing my mind like
Thousands of blood-suckers"...this is wonderfully stated. Indeed, the heart knows best, listen to the calming beats.

Very lovely work Cari, this was most enjoyable to read and is a reminder that the truth is in ones heart, the rest can fall to the wayside.

Dear Cari-
People like this need to find a life-
Instead they would rather speak of yours-
With so much to do in this world it is a shame
that this is their hobby-
Best Wishes to You My Friend~
Peace~
James

What does the mind and ears here and what does the heart believe?
I love this Cari, I think I was just inspired here. Keep an eye out, thanks, Joe
