No One Knows.
No one knows what i did today...
I slept
and dreamt my life away.
And i don't know if i'm here to stay,
to trap tortured times in hopeless decay.
No one knows
what to do now.
No one knows
of a way to work it out.
So don't sit there and stare
and ask me how...
Let's just say i live in doubt,
and no one knows how to work it out.
No one knows what i did today...
I dreamt i slept my life away,
and no one knows
if they'll ever change
the life that they choose,
and could suddenly lose
due to the torture,
the terror,
working days,
and self abuse...
No one knows
how to be amused.
So what did you do today?

A sad but good poem that exposes hopeless situations, doubt, the troubles of modern life and the quest for happiness. A passive way to flee trouble, sleeping. Thanks for sharing! Cheers! Aeth
