Work.
I'm sitting watching the clock...
And time seems to be going nowhere...
It's the same old routine,
but just another day
and i'm not so keen on work decay.

Work!

Who needs it?

Not me.

I'd sooner be wild...

I'd sooner be free...

Work!

Who needs it!

Not I.

I'd sooner find solace,

a place in the sky.

Yet, work...

I'll take it

if it's all i can get,

but i'd sooner be wageless

and have lots of sex.

Work!

Who needs it?

Well it's not the worst living in the world,
but it's not the best...
Still, at one point in my life i'd have taken anything i could get...
But the tediom tests my plans for the future and my feelings of regret...

Work!

Who needs it?

Not me.

I'd sooner be wild...

I'd sooner be free...

Work!

Who needs it!

Not I.

I'd sooner find solace,

a place in the sky.

Yet, work...

I'll take it

if it's all i can get,

but i'd sooner be wageless

and have lots of sex.

Work!

Who needs it?

I'm sitting watching the clock,
and i'm thinking about my life,
and all that i've lost.
I've wasted my time...
I've wasted precious little years...
I want to be better than the man i am now,
and if it takes until whenever
i'm going to get there somehow.
