What is up my sleave
Poems have been in my heart
But what is up my sleave
Should have known from the start
That you would up and leave
Leave me here for devastation
Waiting for consideration
Set back now from what you've done
Mistreated and the trust is gone
Winding up no satisfaction
Plain to see my own reaction
Reaction from my daily living
Choose to be so damn forgiving
I guess it's true what they say
Every dog has his day
My poems come as they have before
Now they are easy to ignore
One more thing at the end of the day
What we had you took away
Author's Notes:
simple words added together make a story sad
the poem above is not true and that makes me glad!

DANG! Has a ring of pain to it, nonetheless....wonderful work, Fletch! But then, they always are....

Love ya, Bubba!

Nice poem Fletch, certainly expressed that thought clear enough. Joe
