Screamer Inside

Screamer inside

To silence forever

This chattering crowd

Inside my head

Who are so loud.

Like a receiver

Tuning in and out

The incessant voices

My inner doubt.

The screamer inside

A dreamer that hides

A soul that resides

In itís own private hell.

Is the way that I live

One day I will give

Until then, only then

Can i give you my heart.

I can relate!  I often describe this feeling by saying it feels like there's an amp on inside.  Always buzzing and sometimes giving me unwanted, screeching feedback.  You have perfectly captured this emotion.

This is a heartbreaker to say the least...The silence is so loud even in a crowd of people... I want you to read Joe's poem called ....Silence >> his hell...and I also wrote ...Silence Breaths..after I read his poem... Thoses of us who have known this  silence know how deafing it can be....
I'm off to work now later my dear friend...
