What is a Wish
Wishes and dreams, the list is too long For every wish that we have, another is born. The first wish is now ready to be torn. for the second is greater, a bigger desire and each wish we wish for continues to expire. So we dream, continue to wish, for it takes us to places our mind hasn't been therefore, we continue to dream   If we wished and wishes came true we'd run out of wishes and things to do   Wishing upon a star. A penny in the well. these are the pleasures we tell. So what would happen when wishes are real? What then would we ponder, What would we feel? Do we want these wishes to end? Would life have such interest with roads that don't bend? So lets place that wish back on that star, Where lovers can dream, and poets can write.   And wishes are that what wishes should be A dream and a wish for you and me WISHES

Wishes hopes and aspirations are what keeps us going in life for without them we would become only a shell of ourselves. I do believe some wishes and spells come true for sure....

Excellent write

I have my own theories about whether wishes come true and how to go about it but overall thats a long story.

Good revellation of how we fail to find satisfaction in the outer things

As the wise person once said be carefull what you wish for you may just get it. If wishes came true I think it would be then end of the poets dream as it is. And the passion in life would no longer be. Excellent words my friend..!

pretty good, i wish that you would really explain what you felt a wish was, it seemed like you were going to at the end but its lacking in substance, overall i really did like the poem

Wishes would only be heavenly if they were all good ones...but just imagine the havoc in the world if ALL wishes came true, I'm sure just as many off colored wishes would be made as honorable ones. This is good food for thought.
