Music Box

Music Box

As you tip-toe

On your mirrored lake

I watch you and

My heart you take

You look serene

But just a dream

That is placed inside

My music box.

You cannot hold my hand

Or share my living land

Could never understand

My mortal thoughts.

But I am captured by

The way you are

And you

Are by far

The brightest star

That shines in my heaven tonight.
