Alice

Alice

I want a girl

With long blond hair

A rabbit who thinks

Heís a hare

With a watch as big as a sundial.

A queen overbearing

A king so demure

And a cat thatís appearing

Then disappearing.

A tea party so mad

Where the hatter looks sad

An un-birthday treat

Something you can eat

A biscuit

That will make you grow.

Tweedle dumb and

Tweedle dee

Confusion is an art you see

A pack of cards

A painted rose

The colour red

Off with his head!

The queen had chosen golf

To much dismay

But the jack of hearts

Would live

To fight another day.

Exceptional.  This is GREAT.  I love it that you and our friend "Lewis" could quite agree so heartily.  Wonderfully creative and a real pleasure to see here on CP.  Bravo poet, Bravo! ~Pamela

And one I'm sure he would approve of given his sense of humour a wonderful play with words John.
