She moves me

She moves me

She moves me in a way
Just like the constant sea
That ebbs and floes around my heart
For all eternity
She moves me like a shifting sand
I drift into her unseen hand
The place I long to safely land
I wait on her command
She moves me in the dark of night
And I dream of her
In restless thoughts, turning
Forever wanting yearning.

She sounds like a fascinatingly, mysteriously, ethereal human being!  You've painted a picture for the reader so pleasantly.  Very good.  Thanks for sharing this.

I'm certainly glad to see you back!!!! I've missed joking with you.  After reading this, any woman would know where they stood with you. It's beautiful, John.

Really pretty poem. It reads easy and how much you care for her really shows. I especially like the first verse, it's such a powerful beginning.

Take care
