This angry earth
This is but an observation
We have much to be concerned about
Sitting around, content in our smugness
As usual, underestimating our opponent
Who, in reality is powerful beyond measure
We are but annoying fleas on it's coat
Ever digging under it's skin
Abusing that which it has given us
Consuming every natural resource
With no thought of the damage it causes
Storms rage with greater intensity
As the temperature around us continues to rise
We should be wary, for if we annoy enough
It will fight back, fight back hard
Removing us in the process
Cleansing itself of any trace of humanity
It is we who will learn the hard way
That indee, the meek shall inherit the earth

Damn right Henry.

Mother Nature is female - we should all have a healthy respect for that.

If we damage her she'll kick us hard where it hurts

great poem my friend

Dear Henry-

BRAVO-

I have a very simple way I try to deal with the remainder of
existence past the alignments rearangement of all-
Instead of simply living upon the planet, we decided we would
create life upon the planet-
And once the illusions of comfort are erased-The meek will
survive due to their prior and current abominations within a structured
planetary society and just as written-Inharent the Earth-
For those lost within overabundent comfort zones will parish due to
their inabilty to adapt-
And once entire regions and continants are left with sufaces reflecting
scenes familiar to the small yet destructive illustrations we exist past today
through planetary disruptions or strong weather patterns,
The True Meaning of Life will be apparent-
And that is simply put-Life Itself-
I Sir Applaud your ability to detail the truth-
God Bless You and Yours~
Peace~

Mankind is so clever in scientific research, data, and developmentmental studies and yet the world is slowly dying because of greed. How sad it is to watch the destruction of rain forests, lakes, sky and wildlife. We will be the cause of our own demise.

Those persons in power who can make the most difference have an awareness of the destruction Henry but the almighty dollar comes first. We each can make a little difference in our own unique way, as I think you have done by bringing this topic to light.
