For my Dad

For my Dad

Enclosed by silent doors
And secret whispers
If I find myself
Then maybe
The tumbling leaves
Could shelter this helter skelter
From stumbling on its dreams
The merry go round
Is only found
When you step aboard
Forever turning
Until the music stops
I turned around
And you were gone.

Sometimes life happens just this quickly and this crazy. "Helter Skelter" perhaps describes it the best.

Well done...and I know you must miss him.

Hugs to you, my friend...
