A Promise
as the days go by
every look is a promise
where you stood in the corner
as a hero, as a soilder, and a women.
tell me what hurts inside
is it about me, you or our life?
do you remember our first kiss
and I was on your list.
like the bees under the sun
searching to survive
as the days go by
every look is a promise.
