Just Rain?
There is an innocence in rain
Each drop so clear and true
Falling from the sky above
As if seeking me and you
They run in riverlets down the pane
Gathering speed along the way
This nectar from the heavens
Formed in clouds, both white and grey
But nothing is always as it seems
This giver of life, can also take
So never under estimate the rain
That would be a big mistake.

Hi Graham,

Just a while ago it was pouring outside.  The rain fell with buckets out of the nightly scy's, it was even thundering...  Well, it triggered me into this very poem about the rain.  And it did give me a delightful time reading.  Very well put together!

Greetings= Peter

Sir Graham,
Your so right... Rain is a blessing for us all in so many ways...
But I am the kind of person who needs so more sunshine..
To much rain reminds me of to many tears and darkness I have endured in my life!!
Texas... Has a lot of sunshine

I think that it's a mistake that's been made tooooo often, and just as often hard lessons have been learned. As innocent as it might seem, rain can be vicious, as I know you have experienced.

Just doodling? Just amazing!

Hugs...Glata
