Too much knowledge leads to too much thought
then the mind is always racing
With a racing mind, you can't find the peace sought
and life would not be worth embracing

They say a break is as good as a rest, which is true providing its not a limb, take it easy Joe.

Occupy your time

With lines of rhyme

As you while away the day

Thoughts will come to you

It's just what writers do

To keep depression at bay

Just trying to cheer you up pal.   Henry
