For Micheal.
Dark is the rivers flow
Across a landscape, bleak and low
My heart is heavy with ones demise
No more to see his smiling eyes
His words will echo through my mind
A poet of a different kind
He wrote of deeds, long in the past
Of Knights and Maidens  in Legend cast
Natures beauty and sweet romance
In such a way our lives enhanced
A wealth of knowledge, with us he shared
To let us know that he still cared
About his art, his love of life
His future with Kathey, to be his wife
Though not to be, by fate decreed
The call he answered to Gods need
In our hearts forever, we will know
You were " The Last Romantic Hero"

I didn't get around to reading Micheal often, but I did enjoy his poetry when I did read it.  I thought he was a good poet, and his fiance Kathy is one of my favorites.  I was sorry to hear about his passing and very sad when the news reached me.  I feel as if I have lost a close friend.  Your dedication for and to him is written so very well.  Considering the content I did enjoy it.

He was a special man...Where he's gone, we are all going. This is a fitting and most lovely tribute to one of the good guys...len

Micheal's writing style and delivery were one of a kind, and rightfully so as it came from a unique and wonderful heart. His passing is a shock and cause for our hearts to weep. It was a pleasure to have known him...his creative works remind us of his talent and striking personality. He will certainly be missed by all who knew him here.

I too am mourning my dear friends passing. It is intense and relentless as any pain I have known. A light went out in my soul and I wonder if I shall ever recover. He was warmth and love, kindness and caring...he took me under his wing from day one on these pages and allowed me to see things I would of never seen. He gave me confidence, he gave me gentleness, he gave me his a vantage point I would of missed....I loved him truly.

This poem is exquisite Graham. Of course to my favorites.

Bleeding Tears,

~Cindy

Sir Graham,
This is deed a wonderful and very beautiful truibute
to a fine Gentleman and Engliah Poet.
We are all in shock of his sudden death and my tears fell with disbelief when I heard the news.
A kind and gentle romantic man with such love for life and his beautiful Albany Rose..
He will be missed but his poetry willremain  in our lives always..
My tears trickled writing also a poem for him...

His sudden and untimely death has left many of us very upset and shocked. Seems such a cruel thing to happen when two people were planning their lives together. He was a lovely, gentle and gifted man and my heart is breaking for those who feel his loss the most. A lovely dedication Graham.

A beautiful and moving tribute, Graham, and I know he is smiling down on us all. I can hear him now teasing us about being so sad...He'd say to me: "Now Freckles, you just buck up and keep smiling!"

Yes, he will be truly missed...

To one of the best...FROM one of the best!

Hugs and tears...Glata (aka Freckles)

Absolutely a beautiful rememberance of our lovely Michael. He will be

missed. He was truly one of a kind. May he rest in peace. "Our hands

and pens will now be guided by our Lastromantichero."
