Nature

Nature

I saw the world so clearly today
It was fresh and so revealing
My eyes were more wider than they had been
The world had much more feeling

Swifts and Swallows darting
Looking for a fly
My dog she had no chase in her
And let them fly on by

The Butterflies with their pretty dance
In Dandelion days of Summer chance
The Bumble Bees have too many knees
Always bent humbling Queens.

John,
Nature at her best... some days we see life so different..... I myself must have nature just to breath in the jungle world...I always like to see the soft side of you...

There are times when we appreciate nature more than the next. I know I even welcome the dreaded dandelion...love the bright yellow against the green grass. People cuss and moan about them but if these same people took the attitude that they were pretty, FREE, and hardy flowers then they could spare themselves a whole lot of grief. Beauty is in both the eye and the mind of the beholder, me thinks! You could add more to this cute poem as you observe other wonders of nature. =))

Such a nice poem about nature I think you forgot the y  in the first sentence last word. I really enjoyed this wonder Nature sure calms the heart with all it has to offer.
