To Richard
For Richard
No more the man
just a dream left in words
Natures child
So full and wild
A captive of our schemes
We dance until the music stops
And then we start to dream.

JOhn, this was so much something he would have loved. I have to agree with Ali..the light he brought to us, is gone, and darkness seems everywhere. Thank you for your kindness, he is missed .

a beautiful capturing tribute.  Simple, yet holding a world's worth of memories and relationships. and the words linger on as does the memory.
though i barely knew him at all, i can sense the loss felt on this website right now.

This news has left CP in darkness. Richard was loved for his character and personality. He generously shared his wisdom and creativity. Many here developed friendships with him as the many dedications posted yesterday and today indicate. We shall miss our fisherman, the golfer, the man with the brush to bring beauty to the world...but most of all we shall miss the loving heart of a man who gave a little of himself to each of us.

Heartfelt condolences go out to his many friends at CP and especially his family. Those we love never die, they live on in memory. Lovely dedication John.

I have not stopped crying....I will miss him so much...more than I ever realised. He will be so moved to see the tremendous out pouring of love for him from his family here.

I feel like a light has gone out somewhere...

Ali x
