I surrender to your arms
In a night of one sunrise
And then you will know me
The darkness never hurts me
But when I reach for you
The sun can be kissed away
In a lonely hideaway
Full of one sunrise
Or wait for evermore for you.
Author's Notes:
I was cooking some fish

Romance is woven through this poem.  Your story sounds fishy.

What were you doing? Writing a line each time you flipped it? Too much garlic and lemon? Whatever it was, can I have some please? lol Missed breakfast and lunch! lol
I am no good at critiquing something, so I will simply say this was eloquent and inviting.
