Garden

Garden

I love to see my garden
When no one is around
I wake up early just to find
That moment and that sound.

I sit so quiet and I wait
And see my friends enjoy
The pleasure of creation
In a world so full of joy.

I feed their tiny dreams
Never wanting for much more
Only wanting to help them
In a life thatís so unsure.

Just when I thought I had everything down on my list, now you remind me I have a garden to pick through too...! lol..Ah well. Yes, the garden is a place where I can find peace, (as not too many want to help me in there) quiet, (plants don't talk, well, not that most can hear) and it is always fascinating to see what a little sun and water can do..
Its on the list now..taking coffee and I'll be back..
NIce job John.

The metering of this is a pleasure, John...To tend our own little gardens is what it's all about, eh? So much else in the world is out of our control...len

Hi JOhn indeed, a garden where every plant and shrub has been cultivated and planted by yourself and to sit and watch it grow into full bloom is  ajoy.

life too can be  a garden we sow the seeds of hope and joy and love and knowledge and watch them grow insto wisdom and fulfilment.

Excellent poem john very peaceful and many levels to enjoy

I loved my garden at my other house. Nothing like a well tended one and the creatures that visit it. Tranquil and serene. I miss mine thanks for taking me back there John
